We usually look for the number of rooms, livable space and its location, trying to see if they correspond, at least partially, to our real estate profile (search criteria, needs and wishes).
Then we analyze the property’s plan, once again according to our needs and the space at our disposal. All this information will help us develop an accurate perspective regarding the property that we want to buy or the place where we want to build our property. The benefits of this method are not to be underestimated. It’s not unusual that after a closer analysis a property that we thought suitable for our needs doesn’t seem that attractive anymore. But what doesn’t work for us could work for others.
How interaction works
Buildings and spaces often have – even if we are not fully aware of that – a big influence on our lives, since we spend there a large majority of our time. Therefore, an interaction is created between the person and the space he/she lives in. We adapt to the models of energy of the space we live in, and it becomes, consequently, the result of our unique way of living.

How to search for a property
Send me the properties that you found on line (plans, images and surrounding views), your real estate profile and contact. I will provide you with an adapted analysis by mail or by phone.
For example: you’re already thinking about selling your flat or house and you also found a property that interests you, but still have some doubts. Chances are that the new property corresponds exactly to your profile or that few changes are enough to adapt it to your needs.
When building a property, once the plans are established, having an outside, fresh perspective can result in substantial improvements. We want to have big windows in order to take a maximum profit of daylight, but later we choose to cover them because of the cold etc.
