The complex is located in the village of Novel (above St. Gingolph) 8 minutes from the shores of Lake Geneva, schools and shops, doctor and pharmacy.
The village is located on the route of the GR 5 long-distance footpath which links the Netherlands to the Mediterranean.
In winter, snowshoeing is possible thanks to a marked trail.
The CFF serve the St. Gingolph Switzerland station (10 mins) and the SNCF the Evian-les-Bains station (30 mins).
A regular bus line connects Thonon-les-Bains to St. Gingolph and school transport is provided to serve the colleges and high schools of Evain-les-Bains.
The road from St. Gingolph to Novel is in very good condition, secure and is completely cleared in winter.
