The location of Cap Blanc Ibiza is positioned close to Ibiza town, the ports and also the proximity/accessibility to and from Ibiza airport is excellent.

The project is located right by the sea with unobstructed views to the sea and Formentera.

The villa's are of a very large scale, between approx. 500m2 and 800 m2 built surface.

Of course the individual villa's are also gated within the 'gated community' as to guarantee optimum security and privacy.

Each villa comprises of 5 to 7 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. One fully fitted main- and one fully fitted service kitchen, extensive living room, dining room, guest sanitary facilities, a Schindler elevator that stops on all 3 levels, ample space for technical installations and a 2-car + 3 motorcycle garage.

The villa’s are equipped with the highest quality 'WTH' under floor heating, 'Daikin' air-conditioning system, mechanical ventilation system (the air-heat pump is positioned outside the villa as I showed you this morning), home automation system, electronic alarm system, video intercom system, wi-fi system and are standardly equipped with top-of-the-line 'Sony' or 'Samsung' flatscreen TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen, Sonos all-room audio system, flush and trimless 'Deltalight' led-lighting fixtures, 'Dornbracht' sanitary products, high quality 'Open-Space' window frames with burglary resistant, sun resistant and highly insulated glass.

The architecture is the responsibility of a prime Dutch architecture agency. In close cooperation with a local Spanish architect it is guaranteed that (also) all local requirements and regulations are fully met.

In addition to the exterior team of architects we cooperate with a prime Dutch interior architect.

With regards to the qualitative aspects, both architecturally and built quality, we have extensive experience while developing several high-end residential projects in The Netherlands, Switzerland and Ibiza.

Villa's A1 and C1 of Cap Blanc Ibiza are sold. Currently we still have 7 plots/villa's available (2 currently under option).

As a price indication for a plot including full infrastructure of the park and a villa of approx 800 m2 fully finished; between €4,5 and €6,5 million excluding taxes and building interest.

Should you be interested in a villa of approximately 400 to 500 m2 built surface we also have the possibility to sell you a plot including all infrastructure and a fully finished villa for approximately € 3,75 million excluding taxes and building interest.

Spain launched its golden visa programme in 2013. An investment of €500,000 in real estate will gain family residency. The Spanish investor visa can be renewed every two years. After five years it is possible to gain permanent residency and after ten years citizenship. It is not necessary to live in Spain in order to retain and renew the residency visa permit.
